SSDC Sky Explorer

Welcome to the SSDC Sky Explorer, the starting point to investigate any astrophysical source using the SSDC web tools.

To start your query, fill in a source name and select a name resolver to retrieve the corresponding coordinates.
Alternatively, fill in the coordinates, eventually modifying the default search radius.
Then, click the Search (either by name or by coordinates) button and the query results will be listed at the bottom of the page.

You can also perform a simultaneous search for a list of sources, uploading a CSV file with their coordinates.

Finally, click Explore Data or Build SED for your favourite set of coordinates:
these will be used as input to the corresponding SSDC web tools, that will open up in new browser tabs.
